Position: Trainee Process Associate - Accounts Receivables

Salary Band: 15,000/- to 18,000/- pm CTC

Bond: 24 Months (need to sign Employment Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

To execute all RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Transactions efficiently ensuring the daily Production Targets are maintained with required quality.

To record various production parameters and prepare different statistical reports.

Education Qualification:

- Preferred Graduates in Arts/Commerce/Science or Government Recognized Diploma (12 +3) In Hospitality Management Such as Travel & Tourism, Hotels, and Interior.

Computer Proficiency:

- Operating Knowledge of MS Office, typing speed of 30+ WPM

Language Skills:

- Fluency in English language with neutral accent.

- Clear Accent, Pleasant Voice, Telephone Etiquette and Positive Listening Skills

Attitude:

- Responsible for effective communication with the end customer as per project requirement (us accent)
- Responsible to achieve targets as per the schedule
- Responsible for optimum utilization of data/resources With Specified Benchmark

Authority:

- Access Database to read and write

Performance Measure:

- Measures target achievements, skills and behavior at work
- Experience in financial / service industry. Preferable - international call-centre experience on a transaction-based process in the insurance/healthcare/financial services industry vertical.
