Role Description The Tour Consultant role at Voyvera is a full-time, on-site position based in Anantnag.

The Tour

Consultant will guide travelers through the process of planning and booking trips, including understanding their preferences, recommending destinations and packages, and coordinating with verified travel agencies on the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to travel inquiries, providing detailed itinerary suggestions, assisting with accommodation and transportation options,



and ensuring clarity on pricing and inclusions. The role also involves maintaining accurate trip records, following up with travelers to ensure satisfaction, and sharing feedback with agencies to help improve services.

Consultant will represent Voyvera’s trust-first philosophy by offering transparent information, dependable advice, and a skilled, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism knowledge, with the ability to design and recommend suitable itineraries.
- Experience in Guided Tours, including explaining destinations, activities, and local insights to travelers.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build trust with travelers.
- Familiarity with travel booking tools and marketplace platforms, and comfort working with verified agencies and vendors.
- Ability to work on-site in Anantnag, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple trip plans.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or hospitality is preferred.
- Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
