Key Responsibilities Manage tool design, development, and maintenance Ensure availability and performance of tools for production Optimize tooling costs and lifecycle management Coordinate with production and design teams Implement improvements in tooling processes Ensure quality standards and precision in tooling Lead tool room team and skill development Key Skills & CompetenciesExpertise in tooling design and manufacturing Problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems Experience :03-10 years in tooling design, development, maintenance, and tool room operations Industry Background: Experience in Heavy Engineering, Precision Components, or Plastic Injection Molding/ Rubber industries are preferred
