- Manufacture and assemble HPDC dies as per 2D drawings, 3D models, and die designs.
- Perform CNC milling, EDM, wire-cut, drilling, grinding, and fitting operations.
- Manufacture and assemble die components such as:
- Cavity & Core Inserts
- Slides & Lifters
- Ejector Systems
- Cooling Lines
- Runner & Overflow Systems
- Coordinate with Design, CNC, EDM, Quality, and Die Casting Trial teams.
- Support die modification, troubleshooting, and corrective actions based on trial results and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of tool modifications, corrections, and inspection results.
- Perform die fitting, assembly, and trial support activities.
