Ticketing Executive

Amani Travel & Tourism is looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive to join our India office. If you have strong knowledge of airline ticketing, reservations, and travel services, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings and reservations.
- Issue, reissue, modify, and cancel flight tickets as required.
- Check flight availability, fares, schedules, and routing options.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable flights based on their requirements and budget.
- Handle ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
- Provide accurate information regarding baggage allowances, fare rules, and ticket conditions.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth ticketing services.
- Respond to client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and ticketing transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Support other travel-related operations when required.

Requirements





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international flight ticketing.
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Freshers with relevant ticketing/travel qualifications may also be considered.
