Ticketing & Tour Operations Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location: Kohinoor, near Calicut University, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing & Tour Operations Executive to join our travel agency team. The candidate will be responsible for handling air ticketing, tour package coordination, customer enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings and related customer requirements.
- Coordinate ticket cancellations, reissues, rescheduling and refunds.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators and other travel service providers.
- Handle hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing and other tour-related arrangements.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, payments and travel requirements.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, customer details and travel documents.
- Coordinate with customers before and during their trips to ensure smooth service.




- Support the day-to-day operations of the travel agency.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in ticketing, travel agency operations or tour operations.
- Positive knowledge of air ticketing and travel-related services.
- Practical experience in handling tour packages and customer coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of Malayalam and English.
- Hindi language knowledge will be an added preference.
- Candidates residing near the workplace will be strongly preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

(Salary will be fixed based on the candidate's experience, skills, interview performance and overall suitability for the position)

Immediate joiners may be preferred.
