What You'll Do

As a Test Engineer – Salesforce Projects at LevelShift, you will:

- Perform end-to-end testing of email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and Journey Builder workflows, validating entry criteria, decision splits, wait activities, personalization, and customer journey execution.
- Validate Data Extensions, audience segmentation, personalization attributes, SQL outputs, and data mappings to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across marketing campaigns.
- Test Automation Studio workflows, scheduled automations, API integrations, data imports/exports,



and integrations with Salesforce CRM and external systems to ensure reliable end-to-end data flow.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle; perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure issues are resolved before production deployment.
- Create test plans, test cases, execution reports, defect reports, and QA documentation, while collaborating with developers, marketing teams, business analysts, and CRM stakeholders to ensure high-quality campaign releases.

Your Skillset

- 5+ years of experience in software testing, Functional Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Regression Testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycles (STLC), and quality assurance bestpractices. Good to have ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst (Preferred),Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Preferred).
