About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Ticketing Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling flight reservations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, and customer enquiries while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle flight booking and ticketing requests through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.

- Search and provide suitable flight options based on customers’ requirements and budgets.

- Make new flight reservations and issue air tickets accurately.

- Handle ticket changes, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and date changes.

- Provide customers with accurate information regarding fares, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and airline policies.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to confirm bookings.

- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.

- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel suppliers when required.

- Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and on time.

- Meet individual and team sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service before and after ticket issuance.

- Stay updated with airline schedules, fares, promotions,



and travel regulations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Ticketing Agent, Airline Ticketing Executive, Travel Consultant, or similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of international and domestic flight routes and fares.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Good sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple bookings and enquiries efficiently.

- Good computer skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Positive attitude and qualified appearance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
