Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Territory Sales Officer to drive RMC sales within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and achieve sales targets for RMC products in the assigned territory.

- Identify and approach builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.

- Generate new leads and convert enquiries into orders.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Conduct regular market and project visits to identify business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the batching plant, dispatch, logistics, and technical teams for timely deliveries.

- Understand project requirements, concrete grades, quantities, and delivery schedules.

- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding collections.

- Monitor competitor pricing, market activities, and current construction projects.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.





- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and territory performance reports.

- Support business development and promotional activities within the territory.

- Strong network among builders, contractors, developers, and project sites.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in RMC, cement, construction materials, or related sales.

- Candidates with strong local market and contractor/developer connections will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
