- Territory Sales Manager (On-Roll)
- Airtel HDO

- Manage and supervise the Wiremen and Engineers team.
- Oversee Fiber / Wi-Fi installations and current connections.
- Handle customer service queries and troubleshooting requirements.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Coordinate field operations to ensure smooth installation and service delivery.
- Drive team productivity and maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities of Wiremen and Engineers.
- Allocate and monitor installation and service tasks.
- Coordinate Fiber / Wi-Fi installation activities.
- Ensure timely completion of new connections.
- Handle and resolve service-related queries and technical issues.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Track daily targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with the field team.




- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper execution of field operations according to company standards.

Job Details
