- Physician Engagement: Visit clinics, private practitioners, and nursing homes to promote the hospital's specialized medical services, new consultants, and advanced tech. []
- Referral Network Growth: Identify and convert new referral sources to increase in-patient and out-patient admissions. []
- Camps and Programs: Plan community health camps, medical awareness sessions, and continuing career development (CPD) events that connect community doctors with the hospital. [1]
- Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary communication bridge between external referring physicians and internal hospital consultants or admission desks. []
- Data Tracking: Monitor referral patterns, maintain interaction logs, and submit monthly performance reports on targeted territories.
