Territory Retail Executive

- Drive sales and in-store execution of Pharma OTC products across the assigned territory.

- Ensure product availability and visibility across pharmacies and retail outlets.

- Work closely with retail partners, pharmacies, and distributors to maximize product presence.

- Achieve secondary sales targets and drive incremental growth within the assigned territory.

- Build strong relationships with retailers and influence them to promote the company's product portfolio.

- Ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment of products.

- Support the launch and placement of new products according to company plans.

- Execute retail campaigns, promotions, and in-store activation activities.

- Monitor store coverage, product availability, sales performance, and campaign execution.

- Collaborate with wholesale distributors to maintain effective stock management.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Secondary Sales

- Achieve assigned secondary sales targets.

- Work closely with retail partners and pharmacies to drive sales of the Pharma product portfolio.

- Identify opportunities for incremental sales growth within the territory.

Retail Store Management

- Onboard and develop partnerships with retail pharmacies.

- Improve product visibility and availability at the point of purchase.

- Influence retailers and shoppers to choose the company's brands.

- Ensure proper product placement across covered stores.

In-Store Activation

- Implement below-the-line promotional activities within retail pharmacies.

- Drive product trials and customer conversions.

- Ensure proper product prominence and visibility.

Product Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels at retail outlets.

- Coordinate timely replenishment with retailers and distributors.

- Ensure rapid placement of new products according to launch plans.

Retail Campaign Execution





- Execute targeted retail campaigns and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with retail aggregators and partners for effective campaign implementation.

- Monitor campaign performance and ensure successful execution.

Retailer Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and their employees.

- Encourage retailer advocacy for the Pharma product portfolio.

- Address retailer requirements and support long-term business relationships.

Distributor Coordination

- Collaborate with wholesale distributors for effective inventory and stock management.

- Coordinate stock availability to support secondary sales targets.

- Reports To: Area Manager / First Line Manager

- Business Unit: Pharma

- Job Family: India / Pharma

- Paterson Level: A

- Occupational Level: Fresher

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate.

- Preferred Background: Pharma background preferred.

- Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience.

- Experience in FMCG / OTC sales is preferred.

- Prior experience in OTC Pharma sales will be an advantage.

- Candidates from MNC and leading Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage.
