Location: Masuri Gulawati Industrial Area (Near Coca-Cola Factory), Ghaziabad / Hapur, UP

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month (₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA) (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

Mollimax Fire Protection Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to handle end-to-end bidding operations on the GeM portal and various government e-procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

GeM Portal Management: Product listing, catalog management, bid preparation, direct purchase, L1 evaluation, and Reverse Auction (RA) participation.

e-Procurement: Active tracking, documentation, and online bid submission on CPPP, State/Central

Government e-tendering portals, and PSU platforms.

Documentation & Compliance: Preparing technical and financial bid documents, arranging EMDs/PBGs, tender fees, compliance sheets,



and authorization certificates.

Tender Tracking: Daily monitoring of new tender releases related to fire protection equipment and industrial safety systems.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with the sales, technical, and management teams to ensure timely and error-free submissions.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling GeM and e-Procurement portals (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).

Solid understanding of tender terms (EMD, PBG, BOQ, Technical Specifications).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital signatures (DSC).

Strong organizational skills and strict adherence to tender deadlines.
