The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with departments, ensuring timely submission, and maintaining compliance with public procurement guidelines. Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate relevant government tenders (State/Central/PSUs/Urban Local Bodies etc.) through e-portals and tender websites like GEM, CPPP, BSI, etc.

Study and analyze tender documents thoroughly including terms & conditions, BOQ, eligibility criteria, financial and technical aspects. Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Legal, Technical, Operations) to gather required documentation. Prepare and compile all necessary pre-qualification and technical bid documents in accordance with tender requirements.

Prepare price bids, financial estimates, and negotiate with vendors/sub-contractors when needed. Submit online tenders and ensure timely responses to corrigendum, clarifications, and queries. Follow-up on tender status, result announcements, and contract award status.

Ensure full compliance with government procurement policies, MSME/Startup preferences, and documentation standards.



Maintain a comprehensive tender tracking database and document repository. Assist in post-tender activities including LOA acceptance, signing of agreements, vendor onboarding, etc.

Monitor tender validity and renewal timelines. Build and maintain relationships with procurement officials, departments, and government clients. Key Requirements:Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Commerce or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering for government projects. Strong knowledge of GeM, e-Procurement Portals , MSME, and Startup India documentation. Familiarity with documentation like EMD, BG, Technical & Financial bids, etc.

Proficiency in MS Office, PDF tools, e-portal navigation, and digital signature usage. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, deadlines, and compliance norms.

Ability to handle multiple tenders and work under pressure.

Preferred

Skills:Experience in tenders related to IT Infrastructure, Security Systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Biometric), Electrical Works, EPC, or Smart City Projects is a plus.
