Position : Tender Executive

Location : Mahipalpur, Delhi

Salary : Up to 35,000 per month, depending on interview and experience.

Job Overview :

Minimum 2 years A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process, from identifying tender opportunities to preparing and submitting bids. The role requires robust documentation, coordination, compliance, and deadline-management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1). Identify and monitor new tender opportunities through government portals, e-tender websites, and other sources.

2). Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.

3). Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial bids.

4). Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to collect required information and documents.

5). Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders as per deadlines and prescribed formats.

6). Prepare quotations, BOQs,



compliance statements, and other tender-related documents.

7). Track tender status, bid results, EMDs, and performance/security deposits.

8). Coordinate tender queries, clarifications, amendments, and pre-bid requirements.

9). Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, and documentation requirements.

10). Maintain proper records and databases of submitted and upcoming tenders.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant tendering experience, be comfortable working with e-procurement portals and tender documentation, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The candidate should be able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
