We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Telugu Teacher to inspire students from Classes 6 to 10 and help them develop solid language skills, literary appreciation, and effective communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of Telugu, a student-centred teaching approach, and the ability to make the language engaging and meaningful.

Role & responsibilities

- Teach Telugu for Classes 6-10 in an engaging, structured, and student-friendly manner.
- Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with the school curriculum and academic objectives.
- Develop students skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication.
- Introduce students to Telugu literature, poetry, prose, and cultural values in an interesting way.
- Use innovative teaching methods and appropriate digital resources to enhance learning.
- Assess student learning through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide individual attention and academic support to students who need additional guidance.
- Maintain accurate academic records and regularly monitor student progress.




- Encourage students to participate in language-related activities, competitions, and cultural programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall academic and developmental goals of the school.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Telugu or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong command of Telugu language, grammar, and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to teach and engage high-school students effectively.
- Good digital literacy and willingness to use technology in teaching.
- Prior experience teaching Telugu at the high-school level is preferred.
