Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting products or services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, responding to inquiries, and handling basic customer support issues over the phone. The specialist will update customer records in CRM systems,



follow up on leads, and work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet individual and team targets. The role also includes participating in periodic training, adhering to company policies, and providing feedback to improve scripts and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for telesales interactions.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments.
- Ability to participate in and apply Training, with openness to coaching and performance feedback.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management software.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and manage a high volume of calls professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer contact centers, or similar roles is an advantage.
