Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Follow up on leads, orders, and pending inquiries.
- Inform customers about recent products, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain customer records and call details.
- Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales/store team for customer requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Skills Required:
- Good communication, confidence, basic computer knowledge, sales skills, and a customer-friendly attitude.
