Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products/services.
- Follow a structured script while personalizing communication based on customer needs.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call quotas and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.




- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
