Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Tender

Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs. This role will involve preparing tender proposals, compiling pricing and supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.

Executive will track tender submissions, maintain tender records, and support post-submission clarifications or negotiations as needed.



The position also includes regular collaboration with sales, finance, and operations to improve win rates and support business growth in the cold chain and logistics segment.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in tender management, including tender identification, document review, and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in commercial analysis, pricing, and basic contract understanding to ensure competitive and compliant bids.
- Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort with digital tools, tender portals, and online submission platforms.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience in tenders or sales support is an advantage.
- Must have experience in e-procurement, Gem, Tender building, Tender estimation.
- Knowledge of logistics, cold chain operations, or related industries is beneficial.
