Key Responsibilities: Connect with mobile repair shop owners and technicians via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online demos. Explain the features, perks, and ROI of the PhoneMistri CRM software. Handle outbound calls on provided leads and generate new prospects through market outreach.
Schedule and conduct online product walkthroughs/demos to close software subscription deals. Follow up consistently with free-trial users and convert them into paid active subscribers. Maintain clean records of calls, leads status, and daily conversions in the system.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales subscription targets.
Required Skills &
Qualifications: Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge is a plus). Prior experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS/Software product sales is preferred. Basic understanding of mobile repair business workflow or general retail billing software is a plus. Comfortable with smartphone apps, web browsers, and conducting basic screen-share demos. Target-driven mindset, positive attitude, and consistent follow-up discipline.
