- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

- Explain and promote the company's IT/software services and solutions.

- Generate qualified leads through telephonic conversations and follow-ups.

- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Schedule meetings/demonstrations between prospects and the sales/technical team.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Update lead status and activities in the CRM/lead management system.

- Coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams for customer requirements.

- Understand customer objections and provide appropriate information to move the lead forward.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers.

- Follow up on quotations and proposals shared with customers.





- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all active leads.

- Experience using CRM or lead management software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,873.08 - ₹18,000.00 per month
