Job OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Telesales Representative (Telecaller) to join our dealership team at . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for motorcycle enthusiasts and potential buyers in the Korba region. Your main focus will be managing digital and walk-in leads, pitching the Royal Enfield lineup, and driving showroom footfall by booking test rides.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Call potential buyers using customer inquiries generated from the dealership's social media pages, website forms, and walk-in databases.
- Drive Showroom Footfall: Pitch the Royal Enfield lineup (e.g., Classic 350, Hunter 350, Bullet, Himalayan) to schedule test rides and physical showroom visits.
- Event Promotion: Engage with the local riding community to drive registrations for key dealership events (e.g., Independence Day Ride, One Ride).
- Service & Value-Added Pitching: Follow up with existing owners for periodic service reminders, insurance renewals,
and genuine motorcycle accessory promotions.
- Data Management: Accurately update daily call logs, follow-up timelines, and booking statuses in the dealership CRM or data sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: 12th standard pass or any graduation degree.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or automobile sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Chhattisgarhi and Hindi is mandatory to connect effectively with local customers.
Basic
English proficiency is a plus.
