Job Title: Tele Counsellor / Education Counsellor / Career Adviser

Location: Chennai (Local Candidates Only)

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in education counselling or admissions is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Job Responsibilities
- Call prospective students using the provided database.
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Generate walk-ins and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.

Required Skills

- Solid verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
