About Farm Shaala

Farm Shaala is a 125-acre experiential farm in Thiruttani that brings students and families closer to agriculture and nature through hands-on experiences.

Our flagship Little Farmer Program & many other programs gives school students the opportunity to step outside the classroom and experience farming through farm activities, games, animal interactions, nature walks and more.

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive – School Outreach to help us connect with more schools across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

What You'll Do :

- Reach out to schools across Chennai and surrounding areas through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Speak with Principals, Correspondents, School Coordinators, Activity Coordinators and decision-makers.
- Introduce Farm Shaala and our school programs in a clear and engaging manner.
- Generate new school leads and build a strong database of potential schools.
- Follow up with schools regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed visits.
- Understand the school's requirements, student strength, preferred dates and program expectations.
- Share program details, brochures, quotations and other relevant information with schools.
- Coordinate with the Farm Shaala team to schedule and plan school visits.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Meet daily and monthly outreach and booking targets.
- Build long-term relationships with schools for repeat visits and future programs.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent Tamil and English communication skills.
- Confident speaking to school management and coordinators over the phone.
- Good persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Energetic, positive and target-oriented.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, school outreach, educational sales, B2B sales or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
