We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with students and professionals, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and leads through calls.
- Understand their educational and career requirements.
- Counsel them about suitable courses and programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records and regularly update lead details.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and customers.
Requirements
- Freshers to 6 months of experience in Telesales or Sales.
- Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and performance-driven environment.
