The role involves handling online personal loan applications, assisting customers through email, chat, and calls, and ensuring a smooth digital experience. Candidates will coordinate with internal loan processing teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with banking guidelines.
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday fixed off Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 CTC (₹16,000 - ₹18,500 in-hand)+ performance incentives upto ₹5,000 - ₹80,000 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any stream) Languages: Basic English + any one South Indian languages (Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Hindi p referred)
