- Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound/outbound telephone calls.
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls.
- You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- You should also note down key notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
