Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Kerala, India. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Ashline’s digital solutions, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Daily activities include explaining services clearly, answering questions, recording customer information in the CRM, and following up on warm leads.

The role also involves meeting call targets, maintaining a professional and courteous phone presence,



and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives. The Telemarketer is expected to represent the brand positively and contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage professionally and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales and Customer Service skills to present offerings, handle objections, and support customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to organize calls, set meetings, and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
- Comfort using phones, CRM tools, and basic computer applications for call logging and data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, with a focus on meeting daily targets and maintaining consistent productivity.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital, software, or IT services is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
