Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on telecom fundamentals and related technologies.
- Explain telecom concepts using real-world industry examples and use cases.
- Conduct interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and knowledge assessments.
- Support freshers in understanding telecom industry practices and network technologies.
- Share relevant learning materials, case studies, and practical insights.

- Telecom Networks and Architecture
- Mobile Technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- LTE & 5G NR
- RAN and Core Networks
- VoLTE / VoNR
- OSS/BSS
- IP Networking Fundamentals
- MPLS, GPON, and NOC Operations
- Telecom Service & Transport Networks

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of telecom industry and/or training experience.
- Strong hands-on exposure to telecom network technologies.
- Prior experience conducting corporate training or bootcamp programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to deliver training in a classroom workplace in Chennai.
