ROLE OVERVIEW

Auspro Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and target-driven Telecalling Specialist to join our Australian Energy Process. The role involves cold calling prospective customers, generating qualified leads, and converting conversations into business opportunities. Candidates with prior international calling experience are strongly preferred, as this role requires immediate readiness to handle Australian clients confidently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers in Australia to introduce the company's offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective questioning and rapport-building on calls.
- Follow structured scripts and pitches while adapting tone and approach to different customer profiles.
- Handle objections confidently and convert cold leads into warm, actionable prospects.
- Accurately log call outcomes, customer details, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call volume and lead generation targets.
- Follow up on previously contacted leads to move them further down the sales funnel.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Australian Energy Process offerings to answer customer queries effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales and quality teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Adhere to compliance,



call quality, and communication standards set for the campaign.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- International calling / international BPO experience is a MUST – candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation within an international voice process.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or Australian-friendly accent.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high call volumes.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/dialer systems.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in Australian shift timings (4:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST).
