- Student Support Executive

- Call and guide new students about available courses.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

- Answer student queries related to courses and services.

- Make welcome calls to new app users.

- Assist students with login, course access, and video-related issues.

- Coordinate course kit delivery and resolve student concerns.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.

- Provide a positive and customer-friendly experience to students.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new students and explain course details clearly.

- Follow up with prospective students and assist them with the enrollment process.

- Handle course-related queries and provide appropriate information.

- Make welcome calls to newly registered app users.

- Help students with login and course access issues.

- Assist students in resolving video and technical issues.





- Coordinate with the relevant teams regarding course kit delivery.

- Resolve student concerns professionally and on time.

- Maintain accurate follow-up details in the CRM.

- Build positive relationships with students through effective communication.

Job Details

- Location: Madipakkam, Chennai.

- Salary: ₹15,000/month.

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

- Experience: Freshers can apply.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
