- Following up on warm leads, inquiries, and customer feedback surveys.
- Keeping the client contact CRM dashboard updated. Requirements:
- Extremely polite, explicit Hindi & English speaking voice.
- Consistent history of converting cold calls into active sales pipeline leads.
