Job Role: HR Recruiter

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level positions.

- Source candidates through suitable recruitment channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

- Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.

- Assist with HR documentation and joining formalities.

- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Eligibility

- Gender: Female candidates only.

- Education: Any Degree.

- Experience in entry-level hiring is preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

- Good communication skills.
