About the Role:-

We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, generating and qualifying property leads, explaining real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, fixing site visits and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database and marketing leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries received through digital marketing campaigns, property portals and other sources.
- Introduce and explain residential/commercial real estate projects to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type and investment purpose.
- Generate and qualify potential leads through effective telephonic communication.
- Explain project features, location, amenities, pricing and offers to customers.
- Convince interested customers and schedule property site visits/meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle basic customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and further lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Update daily calling and lead-generation reports.




- Achieve assigned daily calling, qualified-lead and monthly site-visit targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile:-
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and persuasion ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Good Hindi communication; basic/good English communication preferred.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Inside Sales, Banking, Insurance or Customer Support will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Qualification:-

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

Experience:- 0–3 Years

Candidates with prior experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Lead Generation / Inside Sales will have an added advantage.
