We are looking for a Client Communication Executive to join our team.
Requirements:
- Graduate – Freshers can apply
- Positive communication skills in Hindi & English
- Should be comfortable talking to clients over phone and WhatsApp
- Able to understand client requirements and explain our services clearly
- Basic knowledge of Word & Excel
- Polite, confident and professional communication
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and client calls
- Understand client requirements
- Explain our services and packages
- Follow up with potential clients
- Communicate with clients on WhatsApp
- Maintain basic lead/CRM records
Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
