- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
- Explain company products, offers, and services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and support the sales team through telecalling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or a similar role.
- Hindi,english language if know additional benefits.
- Fluency in at least one Southern Indian language is mandatory (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.).
- Knowledge of multiple languages will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and positive customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with FMCG/Food Processing experience will be preferred.
