VehicleFix is looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, promoting car repair and maintenance services, and scheduling service appointments.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain VehicleFix services and maintenance packages. Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Book, reschedule, and confirm vehicle service appointments. Follow up with customers post-service to collect feedback and build customer loyalty. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales status in the CRM system.
