- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and sales requests.

- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and perks to customers.

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to close deals.

- Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to finalize sales.

- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.

- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.

- Maintain system logs and documentation
