Telecaller – IT Services Mehaboob Software Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Explain our website, mobile app, software and digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company system.
- Schedule meetings or connect interested prospects with the Business Development Manager.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and team.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic English communication is required.
- Telugu communication is required; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Age: 18–25 years.
