Role Description The Telecaller role at AD's Digital Business Solution is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce company services, explain offerings such as ERP, CRM, and digital marketing solutions, and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating customer information in internal systems, and following up on leads to schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. The role involves addressing basic customer queries, sharing product information clearly,



and collaborating with team members to meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets. Telecallers are expected to maintain a professional, courteous communication style and follow company scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
