PEXA Doorwash Car Care is a fast-growing doorstep car wash and car care brand. We work with individual customers, apartments, corporate offices, and local partners to deliver convenient car care services. Our CSA Sales team directly drives revenue by converting leads into confirmed orders and packages.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to recruit Car Wash Partners for PEXA. The company will provide ready leads from digital marketing and a company SIM card. Your job is to call these leads, explain the PEXA Car Wash Partner opportunity, convince them to partner with us, and close their joining.
You will be responsible for daily calling, regular follow-ups, maintaining reports, and achieving weekly joining targets.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply. Fixed salary + attractive incentive per joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain PEXA Car Wash Partner model in simple language
- Follow up on pending and inactive lead.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and conversion data in CRM / Google Sheets.
- Make 80-100 calls per day from company leads only
- Weekly target: Minimum 3-5 partner joinings
- We provide daily fresh leads from digital marketing
- Maintain daily call list and pending list
- (Compensation will be discussed during interview)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
