Job Titile: Tele Caller Company : Asia Solutions Experience: 0–3 Years Location: Cooke Town, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Asia Solutions is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The role involves generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining our services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain company products and services to prospective clients. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel. Follow up with customers to schedule meetings or close sales opportunities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





Required Skills 0–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada . Additional regional languages are an advantage. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work in a target-driven setting. Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Qualification Any

Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience. B.Com Degree or Accounts background will be highly preferrable. Candidates with experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer service are preferred.
