Job Role Telecaller We are looking for Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products or services to customers, generate sales leads, and achieve assigned sales targets. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Explain products and services clearly to potential customers.

Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.

Respond to customer queries and provide relevant information.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Convince customers and assist in converting leads into sales.

Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Use basic computer systems for customer and sales-related activities.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Education: HSC / Graduate.

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge.
