Bhosale Automotive is a MORTH-approved Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility in Pune with 100 vehicles/day capacity. We are hiring Telecalling Executives for B2C vehicle sourcing under the Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to individual vehicle owners, dealerships & garages for ELV sourcing
- Handle inbound queries and explain RVSF scrapping process, COD/CVS benefits & instant payment
- Collect vehicle details: Make, Model, Year, RC status, photos & verify documentation
- Update all leads in CRM/Google Sheet and coordinate with Field team for inspection




- Follow up with customers till vehicle pickup; ensure smooth documentation handover
- Achieve monthly targets: 50+ vehicles

Candidate Profile:

- 1-3 years in telecalling/telesales; Auto/Insurance/Scrap industry preferred
- Excellent communication in Marathi & Hindi; English preferred
- Good negotiation & objection handling skills
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business
- 12th pass minimum; Target-driven with explicit voice
- Female candidates encouraged
