- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the leads provided by the company.

- Introduce Skyloft Holidays LLP and create awareness about our domestic and international holiday packages.

- Understand the customer's basic travel requirements, including destination, travel dates, number of travellers, budget, and travel preferences.

- Provide customers with basic information about relevant holiday packages and destinations.

- Generate interest and identify customers who have genuine travel requirements.

- Qualify leads based on customer interest, travel requirements, budget, travel dates, and purchase intent.

- Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest in holiday packages.

- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with leads assigned to the Telemarketing Team.

- Build a robust rapport with customers and create a positive first impression of the company.

- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information within the scope of the telemarketing role.





- Transfer/hand over qualified and interested leads to the Sales Team for further discussion, quotation, negotiation, and booking closure.

- Ensure that all relevant customer requirements and conversation details are properly communicated to the Sales Team.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, lead status, follow-up dates, and lead handovers.

- Update the CRM/lead management system regularly.

- Reconnect with leads when required based on the follow-up schedule.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding the status of leads handed over.

- Work towards achieving assigned calling, lead-generation, and qualified-lead targets.

- Submit daily calling and lead-generation reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
