Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce the company and explain our branding, advertising, and digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings or consultations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively with prospects.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
