Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our digital marketing services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce the company's digital marketing services.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication skills in English .




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
