Role Description This is a full-time hybrid tele callers role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home. The tele caller will engage with prospective learners and client organizations via phone, explaining EkasCloud’s training and consulting offerings, clarifying program details, and answering inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, maintaining call logs and CRM records, and following up on leads to support conversions and enrollment.

The role involves understanding customer needs,



sharing relevant program information, scheduling consultations or demos, and coordinating with the sales and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Tele callers are expected to meet calling and follow-up targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken English and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Customer service and telecalling skills, with experience in handling inquiries, objections, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Basic sales and lead management skills, including lead qualification, follow-up discipline, and familiarity with enrollment or conversion processes.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to document calls, track leads, and report daily activities.
- Ability to understand and explain training programs related to Cloud, DevOps, and AI, with a willingness to learn key concepts and terminology.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with reliability in meeting daily call volume and performance targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education/corporate training services is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
