Eligibility

Degree is Mandatory

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer service, healthcare, or appointment coordination will be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries and inquiries.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

Guide clients regarding the appropriate clinic and services.

Coordinate with clients and schedule appointments at the respective clinic.

Follow up with clients regarding appointments and inquiries.

Maintain regular communication with prospective clients and convert inquiries into appointments.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complaints when required.





Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.

Maintain proper records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Achieve assigned calling and appointment-booking targets.

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.
